A Workshop is a focused, hands-on session running 2–4 hours with a small group. A Village is a full-day domain where you own the space, develop the programming, and engage the broader community throughout the event.

Anyone with a methodology, tool, or technique that only really makes sense when people are doing it. Experience presenting helps, but what we're looking for is substance and a keyboard-on approach.
